Non-Life Insurance Transformation (TOM & IT)

We are looking for a Senior Manager and a Senior Consultant on behalf of one of our clients in the insurance sector Luxembourg as part of a project to Modernization of the Property Damage Compensation (DAB) and General Civil Liability (RCG) domains.
Context
As part of a scoping mission, you will assist our client in defining a target vision and a Target Operating Model for the ATM Claims & Guaranteed Credit domain. The objective is to build a pragmatic transformation roadmap to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and the evolution of the information system. This mission may be followed by an implementation phase of approximately one year.
Roles and responsibilities
- Conduct a diagnostic assessment of the processes and challenges in the field.
- Facilitate workshops with business and IT teams.
- Define the target Target Operating Model.
- Identify the levers for value creation and the priority MVPs.
- Build the transformation roadmap and contribute to the business case.
- Produce the scoping deliverables for the governance bodies.
Skills & profiles sought
- Consulting experience in the sector ofinsurance, ideally in Non-Life Insurance.
- Expertise in Target Operating Model and business/IT transformation.
- Good knowledge of compensation processes (disasters).
- Experience of transformation projects and stakeholder engagement.
- A Senior Consultant profile focused on customer journeys / Agile / IT is also sought.
