Customer Experience & Loyalty Strategy - Insurance

Duration: 3 months, renewable | Start date: early November | Location: Paris | Daily rate: based on experience

We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager in Strategy & Customer Experience / Loyalty on behalf of one of our clients Insurance, as part of a project to analyze and optimize customer loyalty and retention strategies.

Context

In an environment marked by evolving customer expectations, increased price sensitivity, intensified competition and the development of personalization via Data and AI, our client wishes to conduct an in-depth study of customer loyalty, retention and engagement strategies.
The objective is to identify best practices in the insurance sector, but also in other sectors, in order to develop innovative and transferable solutions.

Roles and responsibilities

• Conduct a benchmark analysis of loyalty and retention strategies in the insurance industry and other sectors.
• Analyze best practices according to different customer target groups
• Studying multi-device and loyalty recognition devices
• Analyze strategies for detecting and preventing attrition
• Studying the use of data, AI, and predictive models in retention strategies
• Identify win-back/re-engagement approaches after termination
• Identify the levers of differentiation and opportunities that can be applied to insurance.
• Formulate concrete and actionable strategic and operational recommendations

Skills & profile sought

You possess the following skills:

• Significant experience in Strategy / Customer Experience / CRM / Loyalty
• Experience in the sector of Insurance essential
• Expertise in the issues of customer loyalty, retention and attrition
• Strong skills in benchmark and market analysis
• Good understanding of the contributions of Data and AI applied to customer experience and knowledge
