Central Coordinator / KYC Project Manager

Duration: 24 months | Start: 12/2022 | Location: Paris IdF

DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION:

We are looking for a KYC expert Project Manager (M/F) to ensure the management and coordination of a KYC remediation program for one of our Insurance clients.

Context :

The client has implemented an ambitious, multi-annual and cross-functional program aimed at punctuating and coordinating the work to improve the quality of its customer data (remediation plan).

In this context, the program is recruiting a KYC coordinator/project manager capable of supporting the program sponsor in the overall management of the program.

Roles & expected deliverables:

• Contribute to structuring the program: projects, projects, RACI, Milestones
• Ensure the quality of the project and monitor the achievement of milestones and KPIs
• Monitor project risks and coordinate adhesions
• Centralize and instruct decision-making, have referees at the right level
• Ensure program coherence and stakeholder coordination
• Create reports and progress reports on monitored projects
• Monitor and check the progress of the project and construction sites (quality / cost / deadline) and compliance with specifications
• Prepare and lead project monitoring and steering committees
• Preparation of Communication/change management on the progress of the project
• Ensure budgetary monitoring of the project
• Make the link and coordinate the CODIR / COPIL / stakeholders

Required profile :

• Advanced expertise in KYC
• Significant experience in project management/KYC program management in a Banking or Insurance environment (business and IS)
• Experience in implementing KYC remediation plans (stock processing)
• Very good communication (written and oral)
