Consultant Data Engineer / Data Analyst - Insurance

As part of a data transformation program within a major player in the insurance sectorwe are looking for a experienced consultant in order to support the teams in charge of the Customer data and analytical environments.
Mission context
The mission focuses on the modernization and optimization of decision-making processes existing, the structuring of data flows as well as theevolution of reporting and visualization toolsThe consultant will intervene in a complex and multi-source data environment, with significant challenges related to the quality, consistency and enhancement of data.
Roles and responsibilities
- Analyze and review existing decision-making processes
- Participate in the data flow migration and optimization complexes
- Contributing to the transformation and structuring of data within the customer datamart
- To improve the reliability and maintainability of analytical processing
- Participate in the data quality and consistency management
- Develop and evolve dashboards and business reports
- Documenting the processing and associated management rules
- Collaborating with business, data and IT teams in a logic of industrializing practices
Required Skills
The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
- Excellent mastery of SAS
- Good mastery of Python applied to data processing
- Significant experience in handling large and heterogeneous data
- Good understanding decision-making architectures and datamart logics
- Experience on Painting or similar data visualization tools
- An acquaintance of KNIME constitutes a plus
- Knowledge of insurance sector appreciated
- Autonomy, rigor, and good interpersonal skills are essential.
