AMOA IS Purchasing Consultant Ivalua – Core Model & Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement consultant with solid functional expertise in Ivalua and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, to support a large insurance group in the documentation, preparation and deployment of its Core Purchasing Model across several entities.

We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement consultant with solid functional expertise in Ivalua and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, to support a large group in the documentation, preparation and deployment of its Core Purchasing Model across several entities.

The mission has a strong operational dimension, with the production of functional deliverables, the formalization of business processes and user support.

Roles and responsibilities

Within a Group Purchasing IT transformation program, based on IvaluaYou will work in coordination with the central Purchasing, Finance and Project Management teams.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

1. Core Model Procurement Documentation

• Formalize purchasing processes, management rules and validation procedures.
• Document the settings, repositories, user profiles and interfaces with ERP systems.
• Describe the accounting and tax rules associated with the purchasing processes.
• Construct RACI matrices and formalize the roles and responsibilities of the different actors.

2. Formalization of Procure-to-Pay Processes

• Documenting end-to-end processes: purchase requests, orders, receipts, invoices and payment preparation.
• Describe the different purchasing channels, their operating rules and their controls.
• Formalize the rules for reconciling orders / receipts / invoices, managing discrepancies, blocks and credit notes.
• Produce detailed user guides, operational procedures and operating instructions illustrated with screenshots.

3. Preparation and support for deployments

• Analyze the gaps between the practices of the entities and the Group Core Model.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of functional recipes.
• Contribute to Go/No Go decisions and to securing production releases.
• Prepare and deliver training materials, webinars and FAQs.
• Supporting users during startup and throughout the hypercare phase.

Skills & profile sought

You have significant experience in IT project management assistance for Purchasing, Ivalua deployment and P2P process transformationideally in a large group and multi-entity environment.

• Proven functional expertise on Ivalua P2P.
• Good command of purchasing, supply, ordering, receiving and supplier invoicing processes.
• Concrete experience in deploying or evolving a Core Model for Purchasing Information Systems.
• Excellent ability to write functional specifications, procedures, user guides and business documentation.
• Experience in functional testing, change management and post-deployment support.
• Ability to work independently with the Purchasing, Finance and IT teams.
• Ivalua P2P / S2C certifications.
• Proficiency in ERP interfaces and accounting and tax issues (VAT, analytical accounting, invoice reconciliation).
• Experience with international or multi-entity deployments.
