Financial manager / Real estate development sector

Duration: 5 months (end of August to beginning of January 24) | Location: Nantes | TJM: according to profiles

We are looking for a financial manager (M/F) on behalf of one of our clients in the real estate development sector, based in Nantes.

Main mission entrusted:

Compile, coordinate and analyze the group's medium-long term cash flow forecasts which are presented each month to the board of directors.
You will report to the Director of Financing and Acquisitions

Missions and activities of the position:

As part of the preparation of the group's medium-long term cash flow reporting:

• On the corporate / use / sports / R2I part:
  o Assistance in developing forecasts based on existing monthly budgets,
  o Maintaining good relationships and monthly collection of cash flow forecast files from key contacts in each subsidiary,
  o Reliability and analysis of transmitted data.
• On the work part:
  o Supervision of the intervention of the treasury and credit management manager who updates the medium-long term SCCV cash flow forecasts monthly,
  o Maintaining good relations with co-investors, production of requested cash flow reports.
• Projection of the group's fundraising forecasts based on current discussions,
• Analysis over time of the evolution of the main financial aggregates analyzed by the group (Gearing, IRR, net debt, financial expenses, active cash flow, etc.).

Management of 5 people:

• 3 people in the treasury (1 resp, 1 young treasurer, 1 work-study)
• 2 people in financial analysis (2 juniors)
