Cash manager / Real estate development sector

Duration: 6 months (3 months renewable) | Start: early July | Location: Nantes | TJM: according to profiles

We are looking for a cash manager on behalf of one of our clients in the real estate development sector, based in Nantes.

Main mission entrusted : Management of all operations relating to the group's short-term cash flow

Missions and activities of the position :

• Daily monitoring and balancing of group accounts
• Bank cashpooling monitoring
• Updating and monitoring cash flow forecasts
• Monitoring supplier payment campaigns
• Strengthening financing
• Help with updating medium-term cash flow
• Treasurer's partner in configuring the treasury software
• Account opening/closing management
• Updating EBICS contracts
• Optimization of cash management

Profile sought / Skills required:

• Finance training
• 3 years experience in a similar position
• Mastery of computer tools (including Excel)
• Appreciation for software settings
• Knowledge of the Kyriba tool is a plus
• Knowledge of accounting preferred

Context: departure of the treasury manager
Location: Nantes
Full-time
Start: 1st half of July
Teleworking: 1 day/week
Duration: 6 months (3 months renewable)
