Legal/Compliance Consultant – AML/CFT Expert (financial sector)

We are looking for a consultant Legal/Compliance Expert – AML/CFT Expert on behalf of one of our clients in the financial sector as part of an international regulatory compliance project.
Mission context
Our client specializes in international payments and money transfers, integrating stablecoin-based solutions. Holding a MiCA license, it continues its international expansion.
In this context, the compliance department is strengthening its teams in order to analyze foreign regulations applicable to the marketing of the payment solution.
Roles and responsibilities
- Collaborating with the compliance department to support the international expansion of activities.
- Analyze the AML/CFT regulations applicable in different jurisdictions.
- Produce legal notes and recommendations related to regulatory requirements.
- Participate in defining the compliance framework related to international payments and digital assets.
- Contribute to the documentation preparation for the sale of the solution in new countries.
- To ensure international regulatory monitoring on AML/CFT, payments, crypto-assets and MiCA topics.
Required Skills
- Experienced consultant in compliance (4–6 years of experience).
- Demonstrated expertise in AML/CFT.
- English current professional.
Desired skills (nice to have)
- Knowledge of the MiCA framework.
- Interest in or first experience with crypto-assets / stablecoins.
- Prior experience in a law firm.
