E-invoicing process expert

We are looking for an Expert on e-billing processes to work with one of our clients in the health sector.

Context, roles and responsibilities:

As part of the electronic invoicing program and the implementation of the Public Invoicing Portal in 2026, you will need for each of the group's businesses:

• Collect practices around electronic invoicing (incoming flows: supplier invoices and outgoing flows: customer invoices) from a representative panel of users chosen by program management and national management.
• Question existing practices with the aim of generalizing electronic invoicing (incoming and outgoing flows) to all Unions in the Group.
• Anticipate the reform and comply with group requirements (parallel tax compliance project to identify use cases)
• Formalize and validate with national business directors, good practices to be generalized for all players in this profession
• Adopt an operational efficiency approach by optimizing where possible and harmonizing processes in the best case.
• Check the coverage of good practices with the tools in place and establish the necessary developments

Required profile :

Minimum 10 years in a similar position

Professional skills :

• Knowledge of the 2024 finance law
• Financial expertise
• Mastery of collecting requirements
• Ability to abstract and model information
• Expertise in process and organizational diagnosis
• Gap analysis methods
• Preparation and delivery of workshops

Duration: 10 months
Full time (or part time depending on profiles)
Start date: 03/04/2024 to 12/31/2024
Location: Remote (90 % to 100 %) + some travel (0 to 10%) in Nantes and in the 12 regions
Face-to-face intervention within Territorial Unions for collection workshops and remotely for the consolidation/validation of practices.
