IFRS Consolidation Consultant – Integration Project

We are looking for a consultant in IFRS consolidation on behalf of one of our clients as part of a post-acquisition integration project.
Context
We are seeking an IFRS consolidation consultant for one of our clients as part of a post-acquisition integration project. This role is part of a broader team expansion aimed at...absorb the burden associated with the expansion of the perimeter and of securing the production processes of consolidated accountsThe consultant will provide support to the consolidation teams, both on recurring activities (run) and on structuring topics in project mode.
Roles and responsibilities
- Participate in the production of consolidated IFRS financial statements (quarterly closings and semi-annual publications)
- Contribute to the interclosing work
- Strengthening the reliability and security of consolidation processes
- Intervene to improve the tools and the data model
- Participate in the deployment and monitoring of project actions
- Documenting consolidation processes and work
- Collaborating closely with the finance and consolidation teams
Skills & profile sought
- Solid experience in consolidation and financial accounting
- Mastery of IFRS standards, in particular IFRS 17
- Experience in a banking and/or insurance environment
- Good command of accounting tools (G/L, SAP, BFC)
- Excellent command of Excel (macros)
- Knowledge of Power BI is appreciated.
- VBA and/or Python skills preferred
- Fluent French
