AI/GenAI/Data Consultants — Strategy, Development, Governance and Transformation

We are looking for independent consultants specializing in artificial intelligence to support future client projects, particularly in the banking, insurance and financial services sectors.
We wish to identify complementary expertise across the entire lifecycle of AI projects: defining business needs, preparing data, developing solutions, securing, putting into production and supporting users.
Depending on your specialization, you may work in one or more of the following areas. Mastery of all areas is not expected.
Roles and responsibilities
- AI strategy and business needs
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases.
- Facilitate the professional workshops and formalize the needs.
- Evaluate the feasibility, expected benefits and return on investment.
- Define the roadmap, backlog, and value indicators.
- Target profiles: AI Strategy Consultant, AI Business Consultant, AI Business Analyst, AI Product Owner.
- Data and architecture
- Evaluate the availability and quality of the data.
- Designing data, AI and cloud architectures.
- Build the pipelines for collecting, transforming, and accessing data.
- Integrating AI solutions into the information system.
- Target profiles: Data Architect, AI Architect, Data Engineer, Cloud Architect.
- Design and development
- Design and develop machine learning models and generative AI solutions.
- Building conversational assistants, RAG solutions and AI agents.
- Integrate models, APIs and tools into business applications.
- Evaluate and improve the quality of results.
- Target profiles: Data Scientist, ML Engineer, GenAI / LLM Engineer, AI Agent Engineer, Python developer specializing in AI.
- Governance, risks and production deployment
- Define the governance and risk management mechanisms for AI.
- Contribute to compliance, data protection and cybersecurity efforts.
- Testing the reliability, robustness and security of the solutions.
- Industrialize deployments and ensure monitoring of performance, costs and deviations.
- Target profiles: AI Governance Expert, AI Risk & Compliance Consultant, AI cybersecurity expert, QA / AI Tester, MLOps / LLMOps Engineer.
- Transformation and adoption
- Manage projects and coordinate stakeholders.
- Integrating AI solutions into business processes.
- Designing user journeys tailored to individual needs.
- Supporting change and training teams.
- Measure adoption and the benefits obtained.
- Target profiles: AI project manager, AI Project Manager, Change Manager, UX/UI Designer, AI trainer, Adoption Lead.
Required profile
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the areas presented.
- Of the concrete experiences in AI, data or transformation incorporating an AI component.
- An ability to explain one's achievements, role, and results.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams.
- Experience in banking, insurance or financial services is appreciated.
Mission Details
- Status: freelance / independent
- Duration, start date, location and remote work: depending on the assignments
- Daily rate: to be determined based on your expertise and the terms of the intervention
