Data Quality Manager – Banking Regulatory Program / SRB

We are looking for a Data Quality Manager responsible for defining and managing the data quality system to guarantee the compliance, reliability and availability of data used in bank resolution exercises.

Context

As part of a strategic regulatory program within a major French bankwe are looking for a Data Quality Manager responsible for defining and managing the data quality system to guarantee the compliance, reliability and availability of data used in bank resolution exercises.

The mission takes place within an environment involving various stakeholders Professions, Data and IT, with significant challenges related to data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements, in particular BCBS 239 and the expectations of the Single Resolution Board (SRB).

Roles and responsibilities

The consultant's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Define and manage the data quality system ;
• To facilitate work and discussions with the various professions in order to source the missing data ;
• Identify and manage the actions that will enableimprove the quality of already sourced data ;
• Managing the work of Data Quality Remediation ;
• Define and implement the data quality controls ;
• Implement and monitor the KPIs and dashboards partners;
• Coordinate the different stakeholders Professions, Data and IT around the issues of data quality;
• Contribute to aligning the system with the BCBS 239 requirements and the expectations of SRB.

Required Skills

You have:

• Solid experience in Data Governance and Data Quality Management, ideally acquired within the framework of banking regulatory programs;
• Mastery of BCBS 239 and its implications in terms of governance, data quality and reliability ;
• Good understanding of the issues of data quality and governance ;
• Strong capacity forcross-functional analysis, coordination and management ;
• Ability to work with interlocutors Professions, Data and IT ;
• A knowledge of the subjects of Bank resolution and SRB expectations constitutes an asset;
• An experience within large complex banking environments constitutes a plus;
• Professional English required.
