Senior Business Analyst / Manager
Banking Transformation & Regulatory Documentation

Duration: 5 months (renewable) | Start date: November 3, 2026 | Location: Île-de-France | Daily rate: based on experience

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Manager on behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector, as part of a project for the transformation and digitization of normative documentation.

Context

Within an international banking group, you will be involved in a transformation program aimed at simplify, streamline and digitize the regulatory and normative documentation corpus.
You will support the business teams in defining the needs and preparing the deliverables necessary for the implementation of a new document management tool.

Roles and responsibilities

• Finalize the Target Operating Model (TOM) and target business processes.
• Gather and formalize the functional requirements.
• Define user roles, validation workflows, publishing and certification.
• Structure the metadata, repositories and management reports.
• Participate in the streamlining and consolidation of internal policies and procedures.
• Manage the document inventory, appendices, cross-references and glossaries.
• Coordinate the work with the different business units.

Required Skills

• Profile Senior Manager / Director, with solid experience in Business Analysis And banking transformation
• Expertise in governance, regulatory documentation and banking regulatory processes
• Experience in defining Tomexpression of needs and formalization of business processes
• Ability to work with high-level stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Excellent writing, analytical and summarization skills
• Autonomy, rigor and advisory stance

• Duration: 5 months, with a high probability of renewal
• Location: Paris La Défense
• On-site presence: 4 days/week mandatory and non-negotiable
