Context
As part of a strategic regulatory program within a major French bankwe are looking for a Experienced Product Owner to manage the functional evolutions of a device that meets the requirements of Single Resolution Board (SRB).
The mission takes place in a complex environment involving several stakeholders, including the teams Finance, Resolution, Data and IT, with significant challenges in securing regulatory requirements.
Roles and responsibilities
The consultant's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collect, analyze and prioritize the business and regulatory needs ;
- Managing and prioritizing the backlog ;
- Write the functional specifications ;
- Coordinate the various stakeholders Finance, Resolution, Data and IT ;
- Managing the different phases of tests and validation: UAT, rehearsals and dry-runs ;
- Monitor the functional developments of the system and their proper implementation;
- Contributing to the security and compliance with the regulatory requirements of the SRB.
Required Skills
Ideally, you have:
- Significant experience as Product Owner in a complex banking environment;
- Experience in Banking transformation, regulatory reporting, or Finance/Data product management ;
- Good command of Agile methods and backlog management;
- Ability to coordinate teams and stakeholders from different fields: Finance, Resolution, Data and IT ;
- Experience in managing phases of tests and recipes ;
- Professional English essential ;
- A knowledge of the subjects of Bank resolution and SRB regulation constitutes an asset;
- An acquaintance of BCBS 239 is appreciated;
- Experience or knowledge of the issues of Data Governance is also appreciated;
- An experience within large complex banking environments is a plus.
