Insurance Program Director – Core Insurance Transformation
Duration: 6 months renewable | Start date: ASAP | Location: Paris | Daily rate: Based on experience
We are looking for a Program Director on behalf of one of our clients insurance within the framework of a Project to transform and modernize a partnership and claims management platform.
Context
As part of a strategic transformation program, our client is deploying a new Core Insurance platform to modernize its management processes and replace an existing claims management system. The goal is to implement a standardized, scalable, and partner-centric target model.
Roles and responsibilities
- To manage the entire program and its roadmap.
- Ensure governance, monitoring of planning, budget and risks.
- Coordinate business, IT and partner teams.
- Oversee the deployment of the Core Insurance solution.
- Securing the migration and production deployment stages.
- Supporting process transformation and change management.
Skills & profile sought
- Proven experience in IT transformation program management
- Experience in the sector of insurance
- Good knowledge of Core Insurance platforms (EIS, Guidewire or equivalent)
- Expertise in projects related to claims management
- Ability to manage complex environments and internationals
- Leadership and excellent stakeholder management skills
