
MOA Regulatory Reporting FINREP – Bank
Duration: 2 months (initial assessment mission before further development) | Start date: early June 2026 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: based on experience
We are looking for a MOA Regulatory Reporting FINREP on behalf of one of our banking clients as part of a project FINREP regulatory framework revised 2026 (Phase 2 CRR3).
Context
In light of the changes to prudential reporting published by the EBA, our client wishes strengthen its statutory business project management team in order to support the scoping phase of the impacts related to the revised FINREP (excluding IFRS18).
The mission focuses primarily on theanalysis of the functional and IT impacts surrounding regulatory and prudential tools.
Roles and responsibilities
- Conduct a functional and IT impact analysis of the FINREP changes
- Identify the impacts on regulatory and prudential tools (ARPEGE, BFC, dedicated databases, related reporting)
- Participate in the macro-level costing and macro-level planning of developments
- Develop recipe strategies, change management and deployment
- Produce the project scoping document
- Ensure coordination with business and project teams
Required Skills
- Business analysis expertise on the banking regulatory reporting
- Good knowledge of FINREP/COREP reporting
- Proficiency with the tool BFC
- Knowledge of the settings ARPEGE statutory
- Experience in framing and regulatory impact analysis
- Strong project management skills
- Good interpersonal and writing skills
