Senior Regulatory Reporting Consultant – Asset Management (M/F)

Duration: 6 months renewable | Start date: early June 2026 | Location: Brussels | Daily rate: based on experience

As part of the strengthening of regulatory production activities within a major player in Asset Management based in Brusselswe are looking for a senior consultant in order to accompany the Implementation and transition of regulatory reporting in the client's target environment.

Context

The mission is part of a transformation of reporting processes with a high stake. regarding the new ICC regulations in the UK, as well as the progressive integration of other strategic regulatory reporting (PRIIPs KID, Solvency, AIFMD, SFDR, etc.).

The consultant will work within the Global Operations Reporting / Data & Reporting team and will contribute to the implementation of the target regulatory production model in an international and cross-functional environment.

Roles and responsibilities

Regulatory analysis and framework

• Analyze regulatory requirements imposed by the relevant authorities
• Identify the discrepancies between regulatory requirements and the platform's current capabilities
• Define the development needsconfiguration and integration
• Formalize the functional requirements and suggest ways to improve the processes

Testing, migration & integration

• Participate in the testing phases and migration of reporting activities to the BNPP AM environment
• Conduct functional recipe campaigns and the validation phases
• Supporting the implementation of processes harmonized and automation tools
• Ensure the proper integration of the new reporting systems. in operational workflows

Regulatory Production & BAU Transition

• Supervise production and the timely delivery of regulatory reports
• Ensuring the quality of deliverables and their compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Supporting the BAU teams in the transition and stabilization phase
• Actively participate in the deployment of the target model with all the contributing teams

Cross-functional coordination

• Interacting with the teams Reporting, Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance and Data
• Ensure regular reporting reporting and data services management
• Contributing to change management in an international environment

Required Skills

• Over 12 years of experience in Asset Management, Regulatory Reporting
• Significant experience in regulatory reporting topics : CCI, PRIIPS KID, Solvency, AIFMD, SFDR...
• Experience in Business Analysis and Functional Testing
• Good understanding of regulatory production environments and operational workflows
• Platform transition/migration experience or operational models
• Ability to thrive in complex international environments
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong cross-functional coordination abilities
• Proactive, delivery-oriented and quality-focused approach
