PMO Stress Testing – Private Assets (Pillar I & II) – Bank
Duration: 6 months renewable | Start date: early June 2026 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: based on experience
We are looking for a consultant Experienced PMO Stress Testing on behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector as part of a Project to coordinate stress tests and private assets exercises 2025.
Context
You will join a team responsible for the regulatory modeling and simulation platform (Pillar I, Pillar II, IFRS 9, stress tests, internal capital, forecasting). This role is part of a broader effort to strengthen the stress testing coordination team, with significant challenges related to cross-functional management, governance, and interaction with supervisors.
Roles and responsibilities
- Analyze the regulatory guidelines and FAQs related to stress test exercises
- Coordinate the various teams contributing to the program
- Monitor work streams (e.g., NII, P&L, etc.)
- Supporting the preparation and facilitation of workshops
- Prepare the governance committees and associated materials
- Consolidate project and regulatory documentation
- Perform consistency and quality checks on deliverables
- Participate in discussions with supervisors and business stakeholders
Required Skills
- Significant experience in Bank stress testing
- Good knowledge of the subjects Pillar I and Pillar II
- Knowledge of private assets
- Proven experience in cross-functional coordination / PMO
- Ability to thrive in a demanding regulatory environment
- English current imperative
- Expected experience: 6 to 9 years
