IT Strategy & Transformation Lead Banking

Duration: 6 months (renewable) | Start date: ASAP | Location: Geneva | Daily rate: Based on experience

We are looking for a IT Strategy & Transformation Lead – Technology & Operations (T&O) on behalf of one of our banking clients as part of a multi-year transformation program aimed at driving the technology strategy, strengthening operational performance and accelerating the modernization of the IT platform.

Context

As part of a multi-year transformation program, our client is undertaking a profound evolution of its function Technology & Operations (T&O) in order to build a platform resilient, modern, agile and customer-oriented.

At the heart of this dynamic, the strategy & transformation framework aims to structure the execution, strengthen governance and direct technological investments in line with business priorities and long-term value creation.

Roles and responsibilities

• Translating strategy into execution : to translate the strategic axes (resilient platform, modular products, business-oriented approach, AI / Cloud) into concrete and manageable roadmaps
• Managing strategic projects Innovation through AI and the cloud, scalable delivery models, cost-value optimization of IT investments
• Strengthening IT operational excellence Modernization of Run and Service Management (resilience, stability, cost efficiency)
• Supporting top management : strategic partner role with management bodies (IT/business alignment, investment decisions)
• Managing performance : defining KPIs, monitoring initiatives and implementing accountability mechanisms
• Leading change Cross-functional coordination, dissemination of a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of minimum experience in a leading consulting firm
• Expertise in:
  • IT strategy
  • advisory CIO / CTO
  • large-scale transformation programs
• Solid understanding of the issues:
  • IT architecture, cloud and innovation (AI)
  • operating models and IT delivery
  • performance management and governance
• Excellent abilities:
  • analysis and structuring
  • communication with senior interlocutors
  • influence and stakeholder management
• Solid experience in the banking sector
• Experience in the sector Private banking is a plus
