IT Strategy & Transformation Consultant - Banking Sector

We are looking for a IT Strategy and Transformation Consultant on behalf of one of our banking clients as part of a multi-year transformation program aimed at driving the technology strategy, strengthening operational performance and accelerating the modernization of the IT platform.
Context
As part of a multi-year transformation program, our client, a recognized player in the banking sector, is evolving its function Technology & Operations (T&O) For modernize its IT platform and improve its overall performance.
A dedicated strategy and transformation team supports this evolution by structuring initiatives, improving governance, and ensuring proper alignment between technological challenges and business priorities.
Roles and responsibilities

Within this team, you will contribute to a variety of topics involving strategy and operational implementation.
Your main responsibilities:
- Participate in the implementation of strategic guidelines in concrete action plans
- Contribute to the management of IT transformation projects (cloud, AI, delivery models, etc.)
- Accompanying theimprovement of IT practices (run, service management, performance)
- Prepare materials and analyses for the management
- Monitor the progress of initiatives and performance indicators
- Participate in the coordination between IT and business teams
Required Skills
- 5 to 10 years of experience (partly in a consulting firm of 1er plan)
- Good understanding of IT topics (transformation, governance, cloud, AI, etc.)
- Ability to structure analyses and to contribute to complex projects
- Ease in communication, including with senior interlocutors
- Extensive experience in the banking sector
