SAP Experts (MM, AR, CO-PA, DRC, MRM) – Freelance Mission in Dubai
Duration: 12 months (renewable) | Start date: November 2025 | Location: Dubai (onsite)
We are looking for several SAP freelance consultants to support one of our clients, a major international player in the Retail industry, as part of a large-scale SAP transformation program based in Dubai.
This multi-year program aims to harmonize financial and operational processes across entities, strengthen compliance, and improve performance through the implementation of new SAP functionalities (MM, AR, CO-PA, DRC, MRM).
Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on your area of expertise, you will contribute to one or more workstreams within the SAP program, such as:
- SAP MRM (Market Resource Management): support the design and rollout of marketing spend management and rebate processes.
- SAP CO-PA (Profitability Analysis): implement and optimize margin analysis capabilities for retail operations.
- SAP MM (Materials Management) / DRC (Document & Reporting Compliance): ensure regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and automation of purchase-to-pay processes.
- SAP DRC Manager: oversee reporting and compliance projects, ensuring adherence to local and international requirements.
- AR Reconciliation / SAP AR: streamline and automate reconciliation across POS, e-commerce, and payment platforms, ensuring accurate AR reporting.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and global process owners to ensure successful deployment, data consistency, and operational efficiency across all entities.
Deliverables
- Functional specifications and configuration documentation.
- End-to-end testing scenarios and validation reports.
- User training materials and process documentation.
- Contribution to system go-live and post-implementation support.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SAP implementation or transformation projects within Retail or Consumer Goods environments.
- Expertise in one or more SAP modules: MM, AR, CO-PA, DRC, or MRM.
- Strong understanding of financial flows, reporting compliance, and system integration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or French would be an asset.
