EUC/Global Markets Regulatory Remediation
Duration: 6 months renewable | Start date: September 26 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: based on experience

The objective is to secure and industrialize the EUC framework, from defining the policy and inventorying existing solutions to identifying and managing remediation plans. We are primarily looking for someone capable of combining program management skills, knowledge of Global Markets environments, and expertise in IT Risk/EUC issues, rather than a purely technical profile.

- Manage and consolidate the inventory of existing EUCs.
- Translate the EUC policy into procedures covering the entire lifecycle of the tools.

- Coordinate the various stakeholders: Front Office, Operations, Risk, IT and cross-functional departments.
- Identify the EUCs that need to evolve towards more industrialized or IT-managed solutions.
- Define the associated transformation roadmap.
- To manage its implementation and ensure the monitoring of the various projects.
Required Skills
Ideally, you have:
- Approximately 9 to 12 years of experience.
- Significant experience in managing IT projects in CIB / financial markets.
- Good understanding of market activities and their regulatory environment.
- Good knowledge of EUC, Technology Risk and/or IT Risk issues.
- Proficiency in Excel/VBA, Access and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code solutions is appreciated.
- Ability to structure a system and to formalize policies and procedures.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with Business, IT, Risk and Management stakeholders.
