Project Manager Asset Management | Transformation / Replatforming

Duration: Short-term contract (1.5 months) | Start date: ASAP | Location: Paris | Daily rate: Based on experience

We are looking for a Project Manager (PM) specializing in Asset Management on behalf of one of our clients, an asset management company, within the framework of a transformation and replatforming program.

Context

The mission consists of strengthening an existing project framework and supporting teams in the deployment of a transformation program.
We are looking for an operational, autonomous and responsive profile, capable of quickly rising to prominence in a demanding environment.

Roles and responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strengthen the project team in the operational management of ongoing work.
• Participate in the coordination and monitoring of the various transformation projects.
• Supporting the deployment and implementation phases.
• Ensure follow-up on actions, deliverables and deadlines.
• Identify the obstacles and contribute to their resolution.
• Collaborate closely with business teams and various stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, ideally in the [sector/industry] sector.Asset Management.
• Solid knowledge of the trades and processes of asset management.
• Desired experience on a transformation program large-scale, ideally in a context of replatforming or deployment of Asset Management solutions.
• Ability to intervene operationally (hands-on) and to quickly take charge of issues.
• Excellent organizational, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Autonomy, rigor, responsiveness and strong work capacity.
• Ability to quickly integrate into an existing system.
