Experienced PMO – Audit, Remediation Plan / Transformation (M/F)
Duration: 6 months renewable | Start date: ASAP | Location: Paris | Daily rate: Based on experience
We are looking for a experienced PMO consultant on behalf of one of our clients Asset Manager within the framework of a Post-audit remediation and organizational transformation project.
Context
You will support a strategic remediation program by coordinating the various projects, monitoring action plans and preparing reports for management, in an international environment.
Roles and responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple remediation streams.
- Translate audit recommendations into operational action plans.
- Monitor actions, deadlines and risks.
- Facilitate committees and follow-up meetings.
- Prepare governance documents and reports for management.
- Supporting the COO in the implementation of certain recommendations.
- Drafting internal communications and contributing to the formalization of procedures.
- Coordinate exchanges with support functions (Finance, Purchasing, HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT Security, etc.).
- Facilitating collaboration between different stakeholders in an international context.
Required Skills
- Experience in PMO, program management or transformation.
- Experience in audit recommendations follow-up.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- English essential current.
- German is an asset.
