Context
As part of a transformation program within a major player in the banking sector, we are looking for a Experienced Project Manager in payment system migration...must have concrete experience in migrating bank card domains.
Roles and responsibilities
- Manage an end-to-end payment migration project within the scope of bank cards.
- Define the migration strategy, schedule, milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate the various stakeholders: business teams, IT, service providers and payment partners.
- Supervise the framing, preparation, recipe and switchover work.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies and areas requiring attention.
- Organize and lead governance bodies and project committees.
- Ensuring continuity of service and quality of operations during migration.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in managing banking and payment projects.
- Essential experience in carrying out at least one bank card or associated payment system migration project.
- Excellent knowledge of the card ecosystem: issuing, card management, authorization, transactions and processing.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and IT migration processes.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication, anticipation and risk management skills.
