Project Management of Workday/SAP HCM HRIS – Banking Sector
Duration: 5 months renewable | Start date: July 27, 2026 | Location: Paris & Noisiel (77) | Daily rate: based on experience
We are looking for a consultant AMOA SIRH Workday / SAP HCM on behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector as part of a Human Resources Information System maintenance and development project.
Context
Within the HR department, you will be involved in the development and maintenance of the HRIS, primarily in the Talent processes: recruitment, training, evaluation and skills management.
The application environment relies in particular on Workday and SAP HCM.
Roles and responsibilities
- Gather and analyze HR business needs
- Write the functional specifications
- Participate in workshops with business and IT teams
- Prepare and execute functional recipes
- Monitor anomalies and developments
- Ensure project reporting and coordination
Required Skills
- Expertise Workday
- Good command of SAP ECC6 HCM
- Experience in HRIS Project Management Assistance
- Solid experience in functional recipe
- Ability to interact with business and technical teams
- Mastery of JiraSharePoint and Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of 360Learning and/or Training Orchestra is a plus
