RPA Functional Consultant (UiPath) – Bank
Duration: 12 months | Start date: May 2026 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: Based on experience
We are looking for a RPA Functional Consultant on behalf of one of our banking clients as part of a project to deploy and industrialize process automation solutions.
Context
In a context of transformation and continuous improvement, the client has successfully launched several RPA initiatives and wishes accelerate the widespread adoption of these automations. The mission is part of a multi-year roadmap aimed at optimizing business processes, improving operational efficiency and strengthening service quality.
Roles and responsibilities
- Analyze the business process automation needs
- Evaluate the functional and technical suitability of the use cases
- Write the detailed functional specifications
- Coordinate stakeholders (business, IT, security, data, etc.)
- Organize and facilitate project governance (committees, sprints, monitoring)
- Define and manage the functional testing phases
- Coordinate the deployment of robots in production
- Supporting users through the change process (training, support, documentation)
- Monitor incidents and provide post-deployment support
- Monitor and measure the gains generated by automation
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting Functional RPA / Digital
- Experience in project management in mode agile
- Expertise in AMOA
- Good command of the subjects ofprocess automation (ideally UiPath)
- Experience in change management
- Analytical skills and understanding of business issues
- Knowledge of the banking or financial sector is a plus
