AMOA Accounting / Fixed asset management

Duration: 14 months | Start: 11/2022 | Location: Paris Intramuros | TJM: €600-€800

We are looking for an AMOA Accounting consultant (M/F), with good knowledge of Fixed Assets management, to strengthen the internal project team of the financial department of one of our Bank clients based in Paris.

Roles & responsibilities

• Preparation of business meetings,
• Writing and validation of Project documents (functional designs, recipe book, user guides, training materials, Production deliverables, etc.),
• Formalization of progress for the Project Committees and participation in them,
• Writing test cases, coordination of test activities and assessment of successive recipes,
• Creation of the functional recipe,
• Follow-up of the functional recipe,
• Assistance with user start-ups and monitoring of points of difficulty,
• Participation in change management work and business processes,
• Participation in MEP and post-MEP work,
• Monitoring of all successive modifications and corrections delivered by the integrator and validation of the latter in relation to the profession.

Required profile :

• Expertise on managing fixed asset accounting
• Ability to formalize functional specifications and workshop materials
• Ability to lead business workshops, to shed light on the impacts of career choices
• Knowledge of the SAGE Immo solution. v9 would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of SQUASH and JIRA tools would also be an additional asset
