Senior E-Invoicing Business Analyst – Banking Sector

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst on behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector, as part of a project to comply with the French reform of the electronic invoicing (e-invoicing).
Context
As part of the implementation of the e-invoicing reform in France, our client is seeking a Business Analyst to strengthen their project team. The consultant will be involved in operational testing and the deployment of business processes related to electronic invoice management.
Roles and responsibilities
- Support operational testing campaigns and ensure the follow-up of anomalies.
- Control the quality of data exchanged via the electronic invoicing platform.
- Coordinate activities between business teams, IT and program stakeholders.
- Participate in the drafting and updating of operational procedures.
- Train and support users on the new processes.
- Produce progress reports and contribute to project committees.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Analysis in the banking sector.
- Significant experience in functional testing and regulatory projects.
- Good knowledge of French regulations e-invoicing.
- Ability to work with business and IT teams in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
