Business Analyst / IT Project Manager – Banking

Duration: 12 months renewable | Start date: mid-February 2026 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max €750

We are looking for a consultant IT Project Manager / Project Management Assistant on behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector, as part of a development and management of the business information system.
The consultant will intervene on both ongoing projects and ongoing AMOA activities, in close collaboration with the business teams and the IT department.

Roles and responsibilities

As part of this mission, the consultant will be responsible for, among other things:

• To ensure the IT project management with a strong focus on the business sector, from the scoping phase to production deployment.
• to play the role ofAssistance to Project Management on the applications within the assigned scope
• Collect, analyze and formalize the business needs (expression of needs, impact studies, prioritization)
• Write the AMOA deliverables: functional specifications, requirements documents, strategies and test plans
• To ensure the monitoring application developments and coordination with the project management team / IT department
• Contribute to operational readiness applications (functional support, incident tracking, ongoing maintenance)
• To animate project committees and professional workshopsand support users in managing change
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to data quality, functional administration, and regulatory issues.

Required Skills

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a consultant IT Project Manager / Project Management Assistant
• Solid experience on IT projects in a banking, insurance or finance environment
• Expertise in project management assistance (AMOA) activities: requirements gathering, functional writing, acceptance testing management, coordination between business analysts and project managers.
• Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously projects and run
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills
• Autonomy, organizational skills and a collaborative spirit
• Excellent interpersonal skills and consultative approach
• Proficiency in English is a plus
