Data Analyst – HR Data Taxonomy (Bank)
Duration: 3.5 months, renewable up to 3 times | Start: 09/15/25 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: €700 max
We are looking for a Data Analyst consultant to support a project to implement an HR data taxonomy within a banking company.
Assignment :
- Identify and categorize HR data (sensitivity, business needs, tools)
- Define a clear nomenclature with metadata and quality standards
- Connect data to existing business processes and glossaries
- Integrate HR indicators into taxonomies
- Write a reference document on the chosen methodology
Required profile :
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst
- Knowledge of the HR field
- Skills in organization/methodology and data compliance
- Ease in gathering needs and excellent writing skills
