SWIFT and TRAX expert business project manager – Banking communication

Duration: 4 months | Start: ASAP | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max €700

We are looking for a Project manager in finance, treasury and banking communications, expert in SWIFT and TRAX messages (+ 8 years of experience) on behalf of one of our banking clients based in Paris.
As part of a transformation program aimed at modernizing the information systems of the Finance and Risk functions, our banking client is launching a project to modernize its banking communications tool. This project aims in particular to address the obsolescence of SWIFT MTXXX messages and to strengthen the automation of banking exchanges.
The project is currently in the acceptance phase.

Roles and responsibilities :
The consultant will work at 100% on the “Banking Communication” project, with the following responsibilities:

Structuring and management of the functional recipe :

• Development of the acceptance strategy and test plans.
• Steering the implementation.
• Contribution to the data quality strategy.

Support for deployment of the solution :

• Implementation of change management.
• Verification of the solution's compliance with business needs.
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders.

Animation of project:

• Identification and coordination of business contributors.
• Regular communication with the IT project manager and business managers.
• Drafting and distribution of project support (action plans, committees, risk monitoring, etc.).

Required Skills :

• Proven experience in business project management in the banking sector (>8 years).
• Solid expertise in finance, treasury and banking communications.
• Proficiency in SWIFT MTXXX messages and knowledge of XML formats.
• Good knowledge of the TRAX tool (ideally also KTP).
• Knowledge of Finance/Risk information systems.
