SAP Program Director – SAP S/4HANA Migration (Insurance)
Duration: Minimum 6 months | Start date: ASAP | Location: Belgium (80 % remote work) | Daily rate: Based on experience
We are looking for a SAP Program Director on behalf of one of our clients in the insurance sector, as part of a strategic migration program towards SAP S/4HANA.
Context
The program has completed its phase of Build and is now entering a key phase of securing implementation. Our client wishes to strengthen its team with an experienced program director capable of leading the next phases of the project, ensuring overall governance, and coordinating all stakeholders.
Roles and responsibilities
- To lead an SAP S/4HANA transformation program in the post-Build phase.
- Manage the governance of the program and ensure monitoring of deadlines, risks, budget and dependencies.
- Coordinate the business, IT, integrator teams and the various stakeholders.
- Secure the phases of preparation for deployment, testing, cutover and production launch.
- Facilitate steering committees and produce reports for governance bodies.
- Identify major risks, propose associated action plans and ensure their execution.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and program deliverables.
- Ensure smooth communication with sponsors and relevant departments.
Skills & profile sought
- Minimum 15 years of experience towards complex transformation programs.
- Proven experience in program management SAPwith projects SAP S/4HANA brought to completion.
- Solid experience in large-scale ERP migration or transformation programs.
- Excellent governance, executive leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in an international and multicultural environment.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Presence in Belgium or ability to intervene regularly on site (up to 20 % of presence required).
