Accounting Manager M/F – Real Estate Sector (Strasbourg)

We are looking for a Consultant accounting manager on behalf of one of our clients in the real estate sector, as part of a temporary replacement. The mission aims to ensure the continuity of accounting operations, while the end client recruits a new manager internally.
Roles and responsibilities
- The consultant will carry out the following tasks:
- Supervision of the general accounting of several entities
- Supplier invoice management
- Carrying out bank reconciliations
- Accounting treatment of acquisitions and disposals of real estate
- Daily cash flow monitoring
- Preparation of accounting balance sheets
- Preparation of current tax returns
- Generation of customer invoices
- Monitoring consolidation
- Supervision of three work-study students
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 to 6 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in real estate
- Proficiency in routine and sector-specific accounting operations
- Good autonomy and ability to act as a reference
- Ability to supervise and support junior profiles
- Sense of rigor, reliability and team spirit
- Mastery of French is imperative
