Experienced Management Controller - Lyon

Duration: 2 months renewable (+6 / 12 months) | Start: 08/25/25 | Location: Lyon | TJM: according to profile

We are looking for a consultant Management control on behalf of one of our Lyon clients as part of an operational replacement project within a financial department.

Context

In a transitional context, our client is seeking reinforcement to ensure the continuity of management control activities following a resignation. The consultant will work directly with the finance teams to ensure the smooth running of reporting and budget monitoring work.

Roles and responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze financial performance
• Produce monthly reports and dashboards
• Contribute to monthly closings and forecasts
• Be a driving force in improving existing tools or processes
• Interact with various operational departments to collect and analyze financial data
• Support decision-making on an ad hoc basis with ad hoc analyses

Required Skills

• Proven experience in management control in a structured environment

• Excellent command of Excel and reporting tools (such as SAP, Power BI, etc.)

• Ability to adapt quickly and be independent

• Good interpersonal skills and rigor in deliverables

Mission Details

• Start date: ideally August 25, 2025

• Duration : initial 2-month mission, renewable (probable duration: 6 to 12 months)

• Place : Lyon region, on-site presence required (some teleworking possible to be negotiated with the client if the consultant is based outside the region)

• Freelance, full time
