Operational Management Control Consultant – Industrial Sector

Duration: 6 months | Start: mid-October 2025 | Location: Ile de France | Daily rate: max €450

We are looking for a Operational Management Controller on behalf of one of our clients in the sector industrial in the Paris region, as part of a project to strengthen management control teams.

Roles and responsibilities

• Ensure budget monitoring and variance analysis
• Produce and consolidate financial reports
• Participate in monthly and quarterly closings
• Provide operational support to Finance and operational teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of management control processes

Required Skills

• Experience of 3 to 5 years in operational management control
• Good understanding of industrial environments
• Analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different people
• Autonomy and responsiveness in a demanding context

Mission Details

• Location: Paris region
• Start: October 2025
• Duration: 6 months (3 months renewable)
• Daily rate: €450 excluding VAT max.
• Freelance, Full Time
