Senior Compliance Consultant – KYC Remediation Mission (Insurance)

Duration: 7 months | Start: May 26, 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max €680

We are looking for a consultant Senior Compliance (+ 7 years of experience) on behalf of one of our clients insurance based in Paris, in order to manage and support the deployment of the strategic KYC remediation campaign.
In a constantly evolving regulatory environment, a major player in the insurance sector is strengthening its compliance strategy through a structuring KYC remediation program. The objective of this program is to secure customer knowledge (KYC) on a portfolio of head office contracts, ensuring the compliance of customer data with the Group's regulatory requirements, as part of the fight against money laundering, terrorist financing (AML-CFT), and compliance with economic sanctions.

Roles and responsibilities

• Co-construct the KYC remediation strategy in collaboration with the Group's stakeholders
• Deploy and coordinate the KYC remediation campaign with headquarters entities
• Monitor the quality of customer data (particularly on closed portfolios and mass contracts)
• Identify and analyze anomalies in banking and customer repositories
• Produce project management and reporting elements (progress monitoring, indicators, alerts)
• Support operational teams in implementing the remediation plan and equipping KYC processes
• Contribute to the harmonization of KYC practices and the sustainability of the systems implemented

Required Skills

• Proven experience (minimum 7-10 years) in compliance, ideally in the insurance or banking sector
• Expertise in KYC remediation and AML-CFT systems
• Good understanding of customer and banking references
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional regulatory projects
• Strong skills in reporting, operational monitoring and data analysis
• Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, autonomy and sense of confidentiality
