Senior Consultant, Asset Accounting – Insurance

Duration: 2 months renewable | Start date: 01/04/26 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max €700

We are looking for a Senior Consultant in asset accounting on behalf of one of our insurance clients as part of a projectintegration and strengthening of accounting teams.

Context

The mission aims to support the team leader in charge of asset accounting in order to secure routine and closing accounting operationsThe consultant will also be involved in an integration project with the aim of harmonizing accounting processes, tools and data, in order to ensure business continuity and the reliability of financial information.

Roles and responsibilities

• Produce accounting statements for financial assets in multiple standards
• Ensuring the accounting and regulatory consistency of insurance assets
• Perform accounting and financial controls (normative controls, substantive tests, analytical reviews)
• Produce accounting, prudential and regulatory reports
• Contribute to the integration project and the improvement of processes

Skills & profile sought

• Minimum 10 years of experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships)
• Mastery of accounting standards
• Expertise in management and accounting of financial investments
• Knowledge of the taxation of investments
• Project experience (process change, migration)
• Proficiency in accounting tools (CHORUS, GP3, DIMENSION or equivalent)
• Very good level of Excel
• Seniority: Manager / Senior Manager
