Contract Negotiations Project Manager - Insurance

Duration: 10 months | Start date: ASAP | Location: Paris | Daily rate: Based on experience - max €750

We are looking for a Project Manager specializing in contract negotiations on behalf of one of our clients in the insurance sector, as part of a project overhaul and harmonization of contractual frameworks with third-party partners and distributors.

Context

As part of a major program, our client is strengthening its system on the Contractual Third Parties & Partners site.
The mission aims to define, adapt and implement contractual frameworks with various partners, including distributors (brokers), as well as other actors such as TCC, AM and PSI, integrating the issues of recontracting, remuneration and compliance.

Roles and responsibilities

The consultant will act as Project Manager for the following areas:

• Distribution Partners (Brokers)
  • Define the principles of recontracting according to the different scenarios (common partners, active/inactive, etc.)
  • Develop and manage the contractual amendment schedule
• Other partners (TCC, AM, PSI)
  • Review, if necessary, the terms of remuneration and commission
  • Define the principles and schedule for recontracting
• operational implementation
  • Drafting amendments, protocols and contractual agreements
  • Launch and monitor signature campaigns
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders

Deliverables

• Distribution Partner Re-contracting Plan
• Re-contracting plan for other partners
• Review of remuneration conditions
• New protocols and contractual agreements

Skills & profile sought

• Proven experience in contractual project management in the insurance (or banking) sector
• Solid mastery of Contract negotiations with third-party partners and distributors
• Good understanding of compensation and commission models
• Ability to structure, manage and deploy complex recontracting plans
• Excellent coordination, communication, and multi-stakeholder management skills
• Autonomy, rigor and a results-oriented approach
