AMOA Controlling ERP (SAP)

We are looking for a consultant AMOA Controlling on behalf of one of our clients (service sector) as part of a ERP change project within the After-Sales Department.

 

Mission context

As part of the replacement of the After-Sales Department's ERP system, the Controlling department wishes to strengthen its capabilities in order to...to ensure the continuity and reliability of financial management during the transition phase.

The mission consists of supporting the Controlling teams in defining their needs, coordinating with the IT and Accounting teams, and securing the production launch of the new ERP, with a strong focus on maintaining the quality of financial performance monitoring.

 

Roles and responsibilities

In this context, the consultant will work on the following aspects:

  • Conducting a diagnostic assessment of the existing system in collaboration with the Accounting, IT and Management Control teams (including the After-Sales Management Control Manager)
  • Analysis of current processes and identification of impacts related to the ERP change
  • Drafting requirements specifications for the IT Department to ensure the availability of the necessary elements for financial monitoring in the new ERP system
  • Cross-functional coordination between the Controlling, Accounting and IT teams
  • Monitoring of user acceptance testing (UAT) phases and validation of deliverables
  • Support for the production launch
  • Ensuring continuity and reliability of After-Sales Controlling activity monitoring during the switchover to the new ERP

 

Required Skills

The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:

  • Solid knowledge in management control and P&L management
  • Mastery of the fundamentals in General Accounting (income statement and balance sheet)
  • Expertise in ERP environments, with a advanced mastery of SAP
  • Proven experience in a ERP change project within a large structure
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment (Finance / IT)
  • Excellent analytical, formalization and coordination skills
  • A posture ofAMOAA business-oriented person capable of bridging the gap between business and IT teams is essential.

  • Maximum daily rate: €550
  • Expenses: Mileage allowances are billable / Travel expenses are the responsibility of the client
