Senior Consultant – Pillar 3 Documentation Review (Basel III / ECB)

Duration: 6 weeks | Start: 01/07/25 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: according to profiles

We are looking for an experienced consultant to assist one of our banking clients in thecritical analysis of its Pillar 3 documentation as part of a regulatory review. The mission aims to ensure that the content complies with the expectations of the European Central Bank (ECB) under Basel III.
The environment is demanding, the schedule is tight, and the discussions will be mainly in English.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Review existing Pillar 3 documentation in light of ECB/Basel III requirements.
• Identify potential gaps in compliance or regulatory interpretation.
• Challenge content in relation to internal stakeholders (risks, finance, compliance).
• Provide a critical look at the structure, clarity and completeness of the document.

Required Skills :

• Significant experience in reviewing or producing Pillar 3 documentation in the banking sector.
• Very good command of Basel III requirements, in particular those supervised by the ECB.
• Ability to challenge internal teams with diplomacy and rigor.
• Perfect command of professional English, both written and spoken.
• Autonomy, critical thinking and respect for deadlines in a demanding context.
