Senior Process & Change Management Consultant – Banking/Insurance

Duration: 6 months renewable | Start: mid-October 2025 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: according to profiles

We are looking for a senior consultant in Process & Change Management on behalf of one of our clients in the banking/insurance sector, as part of a project transformation of purchasing-finance processes and implementation of a Core Model.

Context

The client is leading a strategic program aimed at harmonizing and optimizing purchasing-finance processes, through the implementation of a Core Model and the deployment of e-procurement solutionsThe consultant will act as a senior expert to frame, manage and support change management with business lines and sponsors.

Roles and responsibilities

• Frame and manage strategic purchasing-finance transformation programs.
• Define, develop and govern the Core Purchasing Model by integrating benchmarks and best practices.
• Lead program governance (steering committees, arbitration with CPOs and business lines).
• Design and deploy a change management plan (communication, training, adoption).
• Ensure project buy-in and success with high-level stakeholders.
• Support the integration of e-procurement tools (IVALUA experience is a plus).

Required Skills

• More than 12 years of experience in purchasing, e-procurement and change management (prerequisite).
• Solid experience in implementation and governance of Core Models.
• Excellent command of complex and multicultural environments.
• English fluent (oral and written).
• Strong ability to bring together high-level stakeholders (CPOs, business departments, IT).
• Leadership, diplomacy and ability to manage sensitive environments.
