PMO Consultant IT Security and Business Continuity

We are looking for an IT Security and Business Continuity PMO consultant on behalf of one of our Bank clients, based in Paris.

Objectives & Context of the mission

While having a PMO Team role, a transversal Project role and an ISS project manager role, the consultant takes charge of and/or contributes to the following missions:

- Participation in the bank's strategic transformation projects in terms of IS Security and Business Continuity; interactions with operational departments, audit, compliance and permanent control departments.
- Participation in information system security management committees with the main service providers.
- Monitoring and reporting of technical project management: infrastructure and security topics.
- Response to internet access requests, audit questions, etc.
- Management of penetration tests.
- ISS/BCP risk assessment (RCSA ICT mapping), coordination and monitoring of ISS/BCP risk remediation actions.
- Analysis and management of security incidents and participation in related committees.

Profile sought / Skills required:

• 8 years of experience on similar missions
• English required
• Bac +3 training
• IT security skills
• Knowledge of the banking sector
• Project management:
  • Definition of workload plans and framing of the work.
  • Animation of project teams, in support of COPIL.
  • Monitoring of commitments (schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables).
  • Analysis and monitoring of project risks.
  • Communication and preparation of reporting intended for the supervision and arbitration body.
  • Study of business needs.
  • Workshop management
  • Change management.
  • IS security and authorization process.
  • Writing of procedures.
• Knowledge of Clarity software desired.
