MOA – Redesign of budgetary processes and tools (Finance / Management control / TAGETIK)

Duration: 21 months | Start: 06/10/25 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: €900 max

We are looking for a MOA consultant specializing in budgetary processes And management control on behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector, as part of a project to redesign budgetary processes and tools, including the implementation of complete costs and the optimization of management tools (tool used: TAGETIK).

Roles and responsibilities

• Support Finance teams in defining and structuring business needs.
• Contribute to the implementation of the full cost methodology.
• Support the drafting of user stories for business needs related to piloting.
• Participate in the management and monitoring of the test campaign.
• Contribute to the determination and design of steering dashboards.
• Be a key partner for the business lines in the context of budget transformation

Required Skills

• Proven experience in MOA Finance (8 to 15 years minimum).
• Excellent understanding of budgetary processes and management control.
• Proficiency in budget management tools, ideally TAGETIK.
• Ability to support business teams in a context of transformation.
• Strong coordination, communication and writing skills.

  • Senior Consultant (8-15 years of experience), full-time – Max daily rate: €700
  • Expert consultant (+15 years of experience), part-time – Max daily rate: €900
