ALM Project Management Consultant

Duration: Minimum 1 year | Start date: January 2026 | Location: Paris | Daily rate: Based on experience

We are looking for a consultant in ALM project management on behalf of one of our banking clients as part of a project related to the production and improvement of ALM processes.

Context
Our client, a major player in the banking sector, is expanding its ALM teams. In a demanding and international environment, the consultant will support the internal teams in the coordination, monitoring and structuring of ALM activities, as well as in the optimization of existing processes.

Roles and responsibilities

• Participate in the management and coordination of activities related to ALM production.
• Structure and ensure the operational monitoring of actions, schedules and dependencies.
• Challenge stakeholders and contribute to the proactive escalation of risks and alerts.
• Facilitate the flow of information between business, IT and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and lead follow-up meetings, committees and operational exchanges.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing ALM processes and tools.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of minimum experience in project management, coordination or PMO.
• Proven experience in ALM production or on ALM projects, with a good understanding of the issues and modes of operation of the discipline (without needing to be an expert).
• Excellent capabilities of communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly, challenge received information and thrive in a demanding environment.
• Ability to anticipate, structure, synthesize and raise points of concern.
• English current (fluent), international context.
