KYC Program Director – Insurance

Duration: 12 months | Start: ASAP | Location: Paris | Daily rate: max €900

We are looking for a Program Director on behalf of one of our clients (insurance) as part of a project to manage and develop its applications Customer and Customer Knowledge Base (KYC - Know Your Customer).

Context

Our client, a major player in the insurance sector, is engaged in a strategic program aimed at optimizing and managing its Customer Repository and KYC (Know Your Customer) applications. These applications are central to the company's commercial relationship and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for an Expert Program Director to lead developments in this critical area.

Roles and responsibilities

The Program Director will have the main responsibility of:

• Lead the management and development of the Customer Repository and KYC applications.
• Oversee the strategic roadmap of the scope Sales.
• Coordinate the various technical and business teams involved in the life cycle of these applications.
• Ensure the technical and functional consistency of systems in a high-volume environment (KAFKA, MongoDB).
• Ensure reporting and communication with management bodies.

Key & Technical Skills

Expert level expertise is required on the following points:

• Program Management: Proven experience in leading complex and strategic projects.
• Functional Expertise: Solid knowledge of Customer Repository and KYC issues in the Banking/Insurance sector.
• Technologies: Mastery of a significant portion of these tools and technologies:
  • Languages and Databases: JAVA, DB2, SQL.
  • Messaging and API: API, KAFKA, CISL, ISON.
  • Performance and Monitoring: SPLUNK, DYNATRACE.
  • Storage and Cache: INFINISPAN, MongoDB.
