Bank management control – Financial projections project

We are looking for a senior consultant in bank management control on behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector as part of a draft financial projections.
Context
As part of a high-profile strategic project, our banking client is launching a major financial projections initiative. This project requires specialized expertise in bank management control, particularly regarding the cost modeling using a fixed cost/variable cost approach at a high level of granularity.
Roles and responsibilities
- Actively participate in the financial projections project
- Design and model fixed/variable cost approaches at a granular level
- Analyze cost structures and levers of financial performance
- Contributing to the reliability and consistency of financial models
- Working closely with the finance, management control and project teams
- Produce clear and actionable deliverables for the steering committees
Required Skills
- Significant experience in bank management control
- Strong expertise in Financial modeling and financial projections
- Mastery of approaches to fixed costs / variable costs
- Ability to work on complex and detailed models
- Excellent analytical, structuring, and synthesis skills
- Autonomy, rigor, and the ability to operate in high-pressure environments
