
Senior Consultants – Back Office & Accounting Migration - Banking

We are looking for Senior consultants specializing in Back Office & Accounting migration on behalf of one of our banking clients as part of a project to transfer trading floor activities and migrate associated systems.
Context
As part of the transfer of its European trading floor to France, our client is launching a strategic program including the migration of back-office and accounting processes. We are looking for experienced professionals to to structure and manage the migration strategy.
Roles and responsibilities
- Define the Back Office and Accounting migration strategy.
- Analyze the business and IT impacts.
- Oversee the execution of the migration, manage risks and planning.
- Coordinate the IT, Back Office, Finance and Accounting teams.
- Supervise the testing, switchover and change management phases.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Back Office / Accounting migration in a banking environment.
- Experience in managing complex programs.
- Knowledge of financial products (warrants = plus, not essential).
- Excellent communication.
- Fluent in French and English.
