Senior SQL Consultant – Reconciliation Tool (Banking Sector)
Duration: 4 months min | Start: ASAP | Location: Paris | Daily rate: €700 max
We are looking for a consultant specializing in SQL development And reconciliation tools on behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector, as part of a strategic migration project.
The consultant will work within the Migration team and will participate in the development and implementation of a reconciliation tool to make data reliable between different information systems.
Roles and responsibilities
- Participate in the development of reconciliation modules (e.g. cashflow transaction characteristics).
- Carry out the necessary developments via SQL queries in order to compare and make data reliable between internal and external information systems.
- Launch reconciliations on production data and ensure an initial analysis of the results.
- Contribute to the writing of the tool's technical documentation.
- Support the team and partners in handling analyses and integrating their feedback on developments.
Required Skills
- Technical skills: Advanced mastery of SQL queries, good knowledge of databases, experience on Power BI (asset).
- Job skills: Knowledge of simple market operations (loan, bond, swap).
- Languages: Professional English.
Mission Details
- Location: Paris (with partial teleworking possible).
- Start: ASAP.
- Duration: until the end of 2025 (first 4-month commitment, renewable).
- Seniority level: minimum 2 years of experience on similar missions.
- Daily rate: max €700 excluding VAT
