Financial Management Expert in Insurance – IFRS17

We are looking for a Expert in insurance financial management on behalf of one of our clients as part of a management transition project within a Finance Department.
Context
The mission aims to to accompany the head of the department Financial Management and Performance in the operational management of teams, ensuring business continuity and guaranteeing the transition, in a context of transformation including the deployment of Tagetik and the evolution of management standards.
Roles and responsibilities
- Supervise a team of approximately 20 people in charge of management and financial reporting
- Manage a team of 4 to 5 people on Strategic Financial Studies and Profit Studies
- Piloting the Cost Model processUnit Costs and Profit Study
- Guarantee the production of periodic reports
- Contribute to the deployment of Tagetik and the implementation of the new management standard
- Ensuring reliable financial management based on IFRS 17 P&L
- Securing the managerial transition
